Can I use Review Hunter without a subscription?
Yes. Free mode supports one local business, basic management and direct public-review links using purchased NFC/QR cards. Messaging charges and the purchase of physical cards, where applicable, are separate.
How much does PRO cost?
PRO Business is $5 per business per month, and PRO Card is $1 per card per month. For example, one PRO Business and five PRO Cards cost $10 per month.
How does the annual discount work?
With annual billing, you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of subscription access. That is $50 per PRO Business per year and $10 per PRO Card per year, saving 16.67% compared with 12 monthly payments.
Do I need a PRO Business for a PRO Card?
Yes. A PRO Card requires an active PRO Business. Purchased cards can still work in Free mode with a direct link to a review platform.
Are SMS and WhatsApp included in PRO?
No. Both channels are charged separately at $0.02 per message, whether your business is in Free or PRO mode.
Can customers leave a public review after a low rating?
Yes. The public-review option is available regardless of the rating, while private feedback is an additional choice. Review Hunter does not require a positive rating before offering a public-review option.
What happens if I want more locations or cards?
