Review Hunter is a software platform that enables businesses to request customer feedback and reviews. Depending on how you interact with the Services, you may be:

Business User — a business or its representative using Review Hunter
End Customer — a customer of a business using Review Hunter

Quick summary (not a substitute for the full policy): We process data to run the Service, deliver feedback/review requests on behalf of businesses, enable private feedback workflows, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data. Recipients can opt out of SMS by replying STOP where supported.

End Customers typically do not create accounts directly with us.

If an End Customer submits private feedback (for example after selecting a low rating such as 1–3 stars), we may collect:

Feedback content
Contact details voluntarily provided

This information may be shared with the business so it can respond and attempt to resolve the issue. Providing this information is voluntary.

MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATION DATA

When messages are sent through Review Hunter, we may process:

Message templates and content
Sender and recipient information

Opt-out status (STOP)
Support requests (HELP)

FINANCIAL DATA

Payment data is primarily processed by third-party processors such as Stripe, Square, and PayPal. We store limited billing metadata only.

MESSAGE CONTENT CONTROLS

Review Hunter is specifically designed for customer feedback and review requests. Businesses may send messages only through pre-approved templates, or custom templates that pass our internal review. The platform is not intended for unrestricted bulk messaging or general marketing campaigns.

We may monitor templates and sending patterns to enforce acceptable use and reduce spam risk.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGE PRIVACY

If you receive SMS messages via Review Hunter:

Consent

Businesses using Review Hunter are required to obtain appropriate consent before messaging customers.

No Data Sharing

All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties except aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the SMS service.

Marketing Restrictions

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Opt-Out

You may stop receiving messages by replying STOP. We maintain suppression systems as required.

DATA SHARING COMMITMENT. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

California residents may request disclosure of collected data, deletion of personal data, and information about data use. We do not sell personal data.
