1. Position the NFC Product: Hold the NFC product towards the back of your phone. For iPhones, position it towards the top; for Android phones, position it towards the middle.
   
2. Check for Link: Once the NFC product is in place, check your phone for a link. If you don't see the link immediately, try unlocking your phone. Ensure that NFC function is enabled on your phone. If you still don't see the link, reapply the NFC product, trying different locations on your phone until the link appears.
   
3. Scan QR Code (if applicable): If your NFC product comes with a QR code, scan it using your phone. This should prompt a link to appear on your phone screen.

In the Review Hunter system, a business refers to an entity for which you wish to collect feedback. Each physical address corresponds to one business. For example, if you own a network of three barbershops located in different areas, you would create a separate business for each location. This is necessary because each location has its own unique links to review platforms. Within each business, you can customize page branding, select animations for smart reviews, set up a feedback page and link review platforms. Furthermore, you connect NFC cards to businesses, select previously added review platforms, and toggle the smart review system on or off as needed.

To add and set up a business in the Review Hunter system, follow these steps:

1. Go to the business page and click the “Add Business” button.
2. Enter the name of the business and add at least one link to the review platform. To add a link, click on the pencil icon, select the platform, and paste the link. To remove a platform, click the cross icon.
3. Click the “Submit” button to create the business, which will then appear in the list of businesses.

Optional steps for further customization (Pro plan):

• Branding: Upload a cover photo, select a logo shape, and specify the brand name. This branding will be displayed on the smart review page, review platform page, and feedback page.
• Edit Smart Review Page: Choose an animation for the review filtering page by clicking the “Edit” button. Select the most suitable category for your business and choose an animation from the provided list. You can also edit the Sentiment Prompt text. To preview, click the Preview button and test the animation by selecting different star ratings.
• Edit Review Platform Page: Click the “Edit” button to specify custom prompts and edit previously added review platforms. You can add custom prompts and edit platform details by clicking on the pencil icon. To preview, click the Preview button
• Edit Feedback Page: Click the “Edit” button to modify the feedback prompt, description, and change the email address for feedback notifications. You can specify custom prompts and update the email address by clicking the appropriate checkboxes and entering the necessary information. To verify a new email address, click “Send email verification” and follow the provided instructions. To preview, click the Preview button

Review Cards or Cards in Review Hunter are any NFC products that can collect reviews. It can be plastic cards, epoxy tags, acrylic stands etc. Each card must be associated with a business and linked to a review platform to function effectively. The Cards page displays all added cards, showcasing active cards that collect reviews and inactive cards that are disabled from collecting reviews. To change a card's status, simply switch the toggle button located opposite the card. To edit a card, simply click on the pencil icon next to the card you wish to modify. Additionally, you can test how the card functions by clicking on the preview icon located opposite the card. This allows you to ensure that the card operates as intended before implementation.

To add a card:

1. Bring the card to your phone or scan the QR code.
2. Open the link on your phone and register in the Review Hunter system using your Google account.
3. Go to the Cards page and click the plus icon to add the card.
4. Enter the card's name (often named after employees for tracking purposes) and link it to a business. If no business exists, create one on the Business page.
5. Connect review platforms. If review platforms are not added yet, do so on the Business edit page.
   
6. Optionally, enable smart reviews to filter negative customer ratings. Configure smart reviews on the Business page by selecting the desired animation.

Review platforms can be added at the business level and then selected at the card. At the business level, you have the flexibility to add any review platforms you want, whereas at the card level, you're limited to choosing from the platforms that have already been added to the specific business associated with that card.

• Card usage. Car usage is recorded when a client either opens the link generated on their phone after scanning the code or taps their phone to the NFC card, triggering an action recorded in the system, allowing tracking of card usage.
  
• Feedback sent. The "feedback sent" metric displays the number of complaints sent by customers. It works If you use a page with smart reviews, that redirect customers who give 1-3 star ratings not to the review platform but to a feedback form where they can describe their concerns and leave contact information. This allows them to provide detailed feedback on their concerns or issues directly to you, improving customer communication and problem resolution.
• Review redirects. "Review redirects" tracks the number of clients redirected to a review platform like google, yelp etc. If smart reviews are not enabled or only one review platform is connected, it equals the card usage metric. If multiple platforms are connected, clients are directed to a platform selection page upon card use. Clicking on a platform and proceeding to write a review counts as a redirect.
  
• Rating in review hunter systems.  The "Rating in review hunter systems" metric displays the number of positive (4-5 stars) and negative (1-3 stars) reviews received, available when using smart reviews. It reflects the reviews left specifically on the smart reviews page, not on external platforms like Google or Yelp.
  
• Business dashboard - shows the ratio of positive and negative reviews for businesses.
  

You can view detailed statistics for each business, for each NFS product. This is especially convenient if you have an employee assigned to each card and you want to know how many reviews each of them brought. At the business and card level, you can additionally view statistics on reviews, see what number of clients gave 1 star, 2, 3, 4, 5 on the smart reviews page. You can also see which review platform clients use most often. You can also select the time period for which you want to view statistics (today, yesterday, current week, last, etc.)

The Smart Review page serves as a filtering mechanism for negative reviews. It operates by redirecting positive reviews (4-5 stars) to the review platform for writing, while negative reviews (1-3 stars) are directed to the Feedback page. On the Feedback page, customers can express their concerns, leave contact details, and this information is sent to the business owner via email. This setup allows businesses to safeguard themselves from negative reviews while providing customers with a channel to report issues to the appropriate party for resolution.

To configure the Smart Review page:

1. Navigate to the business tab and select the relevant business.
2. Click on the edit button and access the Smart review page settings.
3. Click "Edit" to customize the page, including selecting an animation and adjusting the Sentiment Prompt.
4. Choose an animation category that aligns with your business and modify the Sentiment Prompt text as needed.
5. Preview the page to test the animation's functionality, starting with 2 stars and then 5 stars.

Once configured, enable the Smart Review page for each card:

1. Select the desired card and click "Edit."
2. Check the box next to Smart Review.
3. Click "Submit" to save the changes.
4. Test the card's functionality by clicking the "Preview" button.

The Review Platform page is displayed to the client when multiple review platforms are linked to the card. Clients are presented with various platforms to choose from, such as Google and Yelp. Review platforms are added at the business level, and you can specify which platforms to use in the settings of each card.
To set up or edit the Review Platform page:

1. Open the desired business.
2. Navigate to the Review Platform page and click.
3. Here, you can edit previously added review platforms or add new ones.
4. To edit a platform, click on the pencil icon, select the review platform, and paste the link. To delete a platform, click the cross icon.

This allows you to customize the platforms available for clients to leave reviews, ensuring flexibility and convenience in gathering feedback.

The Feedback page is where clients who give 1-3 stars on the Smart Review page are directed. Here, clients can specify the reasons for their dissatisfaction, provide their name and email. Upon form submission, this information is sent to the email specified and verified by the business during Feedback page editing.

To set up or edit the Feedback page:

1. Open the desired business.
2. Navigate to the Feedback page and click "Edit."
3. Specify custom prompts by checking the box and entering prompts.
4. To specify a different email, click the checkbox, insert a new email, and click "Send email verification."
5. Verify the email by following the link provided in the verification email. Once verified, feedback from clients will be sent to this email.

This setup ensures that businesses receive valuable feedback from clients, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
