Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

5. Pre-Shipment Cancellation

9. Items Marked as Delivered

If you report an item as not received, but the carrier has marked it as "Delivered," we recommend taking certain steps to verify the delivery status. Firstly, please thoroughly check your premises, including common areas, with neighbors, or any other possible locations where the package could have been left. Additionally, we advise you to contact the courier directly to gather more information about the delivery.

Please note that once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Review Hunter cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss or theft of the package. The responsibility for securing the delivered item rests solely with the recipient.
