Shipping & Order Processing

1. Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Our standard shipping is free for orders over $50 and typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery after the order has been processed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances, including weather delays or carrier issues.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $50. The original policy does not specify a fixed shipping charge for orders of $50 or less; please review any applicable shipping charge during checkout.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed because the customer supplied an incorrect shipping address.

Cancellations, Tracking & Delivery Issues

5. Pre-Shipment Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@lc.review-hunter.com.

6. Shipping Updates and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that number to monitor your delivery on the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping Delays

Although we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control. If you experience a delay or another shipment issue, please contact support@lc.review-hunter.com so we can help investigate.

8. Items Not Delivered

Reporting non-delivery. If you suspect a failed delivery, such as an incorrect shipping address or a return-to-sender situation, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the problem.

Resolution process. After receiving your report, we will investigate. Depending on the circumstances, we may reship the item or provide instructions for reclaiming your package.

9. Items Marked as Delivered

Verification of delivery claims. If your shipment is marked “Delivered” but you cannot find it, check your property and common areas, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier directly to obtain additional delivery information.

Limitation of liability. Under our stated policy, once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Review Hunter is not responsible for subsequent loss or theft. Recipients are responsible for securing delivered items. We recommend adding delivery instructions or using secure delivery locations where possible.

Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
